About Desiree
Desiree Jonek’s mantra is ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’. She is an expert in Social Innovation and especially passionate about Gender Equality & Diversity. She has +10 years international work experience in the digital media industry and in management and brand consulting, from Germany, to France, Scandinavia and Austria. Her strengths lie in strategic and hands-on development of digital and social business projects. She empowers corporates, start-ups and especially female founders with Design Thinking and systemic coaching methodology. In 2018, she decided to follow her professional vocation instead of the safe management career. To empower women* to dare more in their careers, she founded the mentoring platform WoMentor.at. WoMentor received more than 400 applications from women* & men* all over the world, who want to make an impact in Gender Equality. In 2021, the business expands with WoMentor Impact OG, offering awareness, workshops & mentoring to companies who are ready to make an impact in Gender Equality.
