Gosia Syta is a Personal Impact Expert helping women in male-dominated industries step into bigger roles by developing their leadership presence. She is an experienced public speaker, trainer and mentor.
Gosia established her communication skills consultancy, Walk Your Talk, to help aspiring female leaders step into more senior roles by teaching them how to present themselves with confidence and authority in a way that feels genuine and authentic.
Gosia has been invited to speak at a number of organisations including Thomson Reuters, BP, Barclays, and Ticketmaster. She also runs her own signature online 6-week programme, the Personal Impact Incubator, where she shows emerging female leaders how to tweak their verbal and nonverbal behaviours to be seen as “leadership material” and move into more senior roles.
In her talk, “Take Up Space – Literally!”, she will share with you how to:
- project more confidence in high-stakes situations in a way that feels authentic to you
- get others to listen to you by claiming your space in time (pace and pause)
- command respect by using territorial signals of authority
Stuti Singh is an international speaker, trainer, consultant and leadership coach, who specialises in helping individuals and teams go from fear to fulfilment of their potential, bring their dreams to life, and create transformational results for their organisations, families and communities.
Stuti holds an Honours degree in Psychology, an MBA in International Business, and is also trained in Intuitive Mastery.
Over the past 20 years, she has held leadership positions at several blue-chip organisations, managing diverse teams, working with C-level stakeholders and consulting on various global and regional projects at companies such as Pfizer, Unilever and GSK.
In 2017 she founded her transformational people development programme, ‘A Life without Fear’ and since then has coached leaders with diverse backgrounds, as well as delivering talks, workshops and training courses around the world.
Stuti has delivered two TEDx Talks, facilitated a TEDx workshop, has been awarded ‘Most Empowering Coach and Trainer of the Year’, and was also Head of Development and Coaching at the Women’s Leadership Initiative, GSK.

Leyla is a DCU graduate in BA Accounting and Finance, with experience working for different non profit organisations in Dublin, Ireland. She also studied for a MA in International Relations in DCU. As a natural born activist, one of Leyla’s pastimes is to promote International Trade Justice.
