Aline Martinek
Aline Martinek started her career in the Human Resources department in one of the biggest banks in Europe. She then moved to Barcelona (Spain), to become a Sales and Marketing Expert and went on to work in different positions within Sales (Account Development Representative, Account Executive, and Head of New Business).
Her experience in Human Resources on the one hand and Sales and Marketing on the other helped her get a deep understand of combining those two elements. In addition, she has been consulting Leadership roles (Head of Dept. and Board Members) when she was very young.
This combined with her passion for Startups led her to her current projects in training Sales staff and Sales Leaders within Startups and SMEs. In her spare time, she enjoys mentoring female young Professionals and support Female Empowerment on different channels (Linkedin, Clubhouse, Podcast, etc).
