Tamara Kosi is a legal and corporate strategy executive, international business lawyer, and AI governance advisor operating at the intersection of law, business, and finance. With over 10 years of experience across the CEE/SEE, DACH, and EMEA regions, she advises on governance, regulatory compliance, ESG, corporate strategy, and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on AI regulation, data governance, and tech compliance — supporting the development of scalable and future-ready business models.

Recognized among the Top 5 Lawyers’ Career Achievements 2025 in Austria, she is known for translating complex regulatory frameworks into actionable business strategies that enable companies to scale, attract investment, and compete globally. She has held roles in leading international law firms and multinational corporations, combining legal expertise with strategic business insight, particularly in structuring ventures, spin-offs, and cross-border transactions.
