What We're Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who want to make a difference. Here's what we need:
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Available for all days of Tech Summit Vienna (20–21 May 2026)
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Willing to help with various tasks throughout the event
- Passion for technology, innovation, and helping others
- 18+ years old or student with university permission

Volunteer Responsibilities
Create an amazing experience for attendees during Tech Summit Vienna 2026
Event Dates: 20–21 May 2026
Time Commitment: Full-day
We need motivated individuals for a variety of roles during Tech Summit Vienna 2026, including:
Registration & Check-In
• Welcome attendees
• Distribute badges and materials
• Ensure smooth check-in
Session & Workshop Support
• Assist speakers and moderators
• Manage rooms and materials
• Guide attendees
Exhibitor Support
• Help with booth setup
• Answer exhibitor questions
• Facilitate attendee connections
Information & Wayfinding
• Provide directions
• Answer attendee questions
• Help navigate the venue
Networking & Matchmaking
• Facilitate B2B sessions
• Connect attendees with relevant contacts
• Support smooth networking flow
Media & Event Coverage
• Assist with photography and video
• Support social media and live updates
{ How It Works }
Simple Application Process
1. Submit Application
Fill out our volunteer application form with your details, availability, and areas of interest. Tell us why you want to volunteer!
2. Review & Selection
Our team reviews all applications and selects volunteers based on availability, skills, and enthusiasm. We'll contact you within 7 business days.
3. Orientation & Training
Attend a mandatory orientation session (online or in-person) where you'll learn about your role, responsibilities, and meet the team.
4. Event Day!
Show up on event day, receive your volunteer kit (t-shirt, badge, schedule), and start making a difference while having an amazing experience!

Volunteer Code of Conduct & What We Request from You
As a volunteer, we expect you to:
- Be punctual and reliable; attend scheduled shifts.
- Represent Tech Summit professionally, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Assist attendees, exhibitors, and speakers with courtesy and helpfulness.
- Follow instructions from the Volunteer Coordinator and organizing team.
- Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information encountered during the event.
