CareerEar is an innovative online platform helping career-seekers from underserved communities to make informed career choices and prepare for the future of work. We do this in three ways: Unique Q&A platform Skills assessment and job function exploration tool Interactions with industry professionals Access to job opportunities and training programmes We support both school leavers (16-19 year olds) as well as adult career changers who don’t have a degree and want to access better paid and better quality work.
