Founder & CEO of Field39, a payment technology company based in Croatia. With 20 years of experience in payments infrastructure — including ISO 8583 switching, PCI DSS compliance, EMV, and 3D Secure — Josip built Field39 to solve acquirer lock-in for merchants and payment facilitators.

Field39's core product include Switch39, an acquirer-agnostic transaction switching platform. The company is currently expanding into the US market.

I sit at the intersection of deep payments domain expertise and applied AI, exploring how local LLM infrastructure and agentic tooling can be integrated into payment operations. I am a Plug and Play Tech Center alumni.
