Odeta Isevičiūtė is the founder of ChangeAI, helping traditional small and mid-sized businesses achieve measurable performance gains through AI by transforming how their teams actually work. Her 5x methodology has helped companies eliminate multi-month reporting backlogs, unlock hidden capacity within existing teams, and build internal AI ambassadors who keep the transformation going after she leaves.

Previously a co-founder of an AI infrastructure company and a digital transformation leader across fintech, e-commerce, and industrial sectors, Odeta brings both the builder's perspective and the operator's pragmatism to every engagement. She works across Europe with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees.
