After 24 years at a global consulting giant, I was laid off in 2024 and thrown headfirst into the wild terrain of job searching, personal reinvention, and learning how to market myself without throwing up. Now I help humans (especially mid-career women) ditch the performance anxiety, embrace their weirdness, and show up boldly in a system that wasn’t built for us – but can be reshaped by us.
