    Mario Dambauer

    Mario Dambauer, managing director of ADMIRAL Technologies, has been working in the entertainment & sports betting industry for 25 years.

    Before joining the ADMIRAL Group in 2016, he was responsible for the S&T Technologies division of S&T AG (aka Kontron AG), a leading international technology and services company.

    Since joining the ADMIRAL Group, he has held the role of Director Product Management & Development at ADMIRAL Sportwetten GmbH. Afterwards – in 2023 – he was promoted to CTO/CPO within the management of ADMIRAL Technologies GmbH.

    Kate Hockey is an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner at Zalando. Originally joining Zalando as an intern, she has developed expertise in end-to-end recruitment, and works closely with hiring managers in tech to hire the very best early careers talent.

    Ajay is a recognized leader in the fields of Startups, technology, and innovation, distinguished by his numerous accolades. He has been honored with the United Nations Environment Program Award for Low Carbon Mobility and the prestigious Global Energy Award from La-Monde France in Singapore. He was also selected as a Young Leader by the Young Leaders India France Club, an initiative established by French President Emmanuel Macron, and served as the tech Ambassador for La French Tech in India, advocating for innovation and startup development.

    In his current role as the Head of Technology and Innovation at Advantage Austria India- the Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy in New Delhi, he created the India-Austria Startup Bridge, building strong ties between India and the Austrian innovation ecosystem.

Before Smycles, she worked as a Corporate Learning Consultant at Brights, led the Academy of the German SAP User Group (DSAG) and worked as a Marketing & Communications Specialist & eLearning Designer at the Digital Leaders Institute. Her guiding principle in all her roles is: “Only those who swim against the current reach the source.”

    Pedro Miguel Vilela dos Santos

    I’m an serial entrepreneur and a Digital Marketing professional, with 12 years of experience, having 2 Startups under my belt.

    My first Startup a (Market research company), I founded back in 2013 and was accelerated in the top Madtech accelerator in Europe at the time, and I had the opportunity to work with brands such as Unilever, UBER, PUMA and The Wall Street Journal.

    My second startup I founded back in 2017 and was a marketplace that connected travelers with shoppers around the world, it was voted by Startup Grind Global Conference (an event powered by Google) as one of the 50 most innovative Startups in the US in 2018.

    After that I took a Post Grad in Digital Marketing and worked in the pharmaceutical industry, and also in the Digital Marketing of Scanmarket, an eAuction procurement solution, with clients such as Nespresso, Lego, Ethiad Airways and Pandora.

    More recently I’ve founded this Startup The Fat Goblin Foundation, a non profit which mission is to take kids, teenagers, and young adults away from screens and put them in front of each other playing some very cool board/tabletop games, as the likes of Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, and Dungeons & Dragons.

    Currently We’ve managed to close a Seed round of 4.2 millions Dollars and we are involving American celebrities to support our cause.
