Katrina Logie is a community engagement strategist, live moderator, and content creator with over 25 years of experience across luxury marketing, management consulting, and immersive event production. A trusted voice within the global innovation ecosystem, she connects talent, startups, and thought leaders through meaningful conversations and carefully curated experiences.

As a podcast host, startup mentor, and event curator, Katrina has led content strategy and speaker engagement for high-impact platforms including 4YFN, South Summit, Dublin Tech Summit, Mobile World Congress, and London Tech Week. She is the founder and host of the People on the Grid and Tied Together podcasts and has mentored founders through international programs such as the 4YFN SAE initiative for female entrepreneurs.

Jan is an expert for business formation and startups at the Vienna Business Agency and the Project Lead for Programme of the ViennaUP Startup Festival. In his previous positions, he was involved in several innovation projects at companies like Honda Motor Europe or Deutsche Telekom and acted as a consultant for companies expanding to German-speaking markets.

Ashok Dudhat is the Founder and CEO of Tech Summit, an international platform focused on technology, innovation, and ecosystem collaboration. He originally founded TJF – Tech Jobs Fair in Berlin in 2017 as a specialized IT and digital hiring event, which expanded to Vienna, Zurich, and Lisbon and welcomed over 45,000 professionals across Europe.

Building on this success, Ashok evolved TJF into Tech Summit—a broader, future-focused platform connecting founders, tech leaders, corporates, startups, and ecosystem partners through keynotes, panel discussions, curated networking and matchmaking, and innovation showcases.

In addition to Tech Summit, Ashok is also the Founder of WP Event Manager, a globally used event management platform powering thousands of events worldwide, and Foodmato, a technology-driven food discovery and delivery platform.

Gabriele Tatzberger is Director of Start-up Services at the Vienna Business Agency since 15 years and member of the Supervisory Board of INITS, the high-tech incubator of Vienna. From 2010 to 2022 she was managing director of Vienna Region GmbH. She has long-term experience in international networking and is passionate to support founders and start-ups and the Vienna startup scene. The Vienna Business Agency offers funding, infrastructure and 360° service with networks, workshops and coaching for Viennese and international founders and start-ups. She initiated and is mastermind of the international Startup Festival ViennaUP.com with 14.000 participants in 2023.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech sector, Firas Saedaddin has established himself as an authority in telecommunications, corporate communication, digital media, and advertising. His international career has spanned France, the USA, China, and Malaysia, where he successfully led market entry strategies and sales management for global giants such as Alcatel-Lucent (now part of Nokia) and Genesys.

As the visionary behind Tridacna Holding and the consulting firm AGA Group—and co-founder of 4u-ventures—Firas is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and business angel who is passionate about fostering the next generation of innovators. He has supported countless founders, startups, and companies on their journey toward sustainable growth, always emphasizing innovation, resilience, perseverance, and impact. Deeply embedded in forward-looking fields such as Deep Tech, Health Tech, and Food Tech, Firas continues to drive innovation and sustainable progress, ensuring that the next generation of startups is well-equipped to tackle tomorrow’s challenges. His insights also culminate in his co-authorship of the book How to Start-Up, published in December 2024.
